This Paul coffee ☕️ shop it is one of my favorite french coffee shop in Dubai they have own bakery and pastries with lovely 😊 taste of real french bread 🥖 it is excellent for breakfast 🍳 and for dinner 🥘 also i am always enjoying with my best pistachio pie 🥧 with chocolate 🍫 the taste of coffee ☕️ very good and other 🍮 desserts also so delicious 😋 try the onion 🍜 soup the staff was friendly and so helpful great 👍🏻 manger with big smiles i am recommend this coffee shop for everyone enjoy 😉

I won’t recommend this place to anyone!Service is soooooooo poor! Waitress and manager are sooo rude ! I got scared from them ! Food is fine ! Prices also fine . But service is very poor! Paul restaurant staff doesn’t care about there customers at all! Communication between them is not good.Paul in Festival city mall it’s not very good place to go there and have good time ! Because staff will make your day worse!

They serving a good delicious breakfast but their services is very slow and you have to repeat your requests many times to get it delivered. I think they have to review managing their services. They don’t have kids menu

Food quality is lacking.Service is average.Prices are too high for the quantity and tge quality. Ambiance is good though.

Good Coffee, Great Pastries, Delicious Salads, Fabulous Sweets and Cakes.

Found the food to be ok and the shakes to be quite good. Service was a little to sparse for my liking but it was a Friday so this may have impacted.

Good breakfast, but also a lot of options for lunch and dinner. Good service. You can also request a complimentary voucher for wifi access. All in all one of the good Paul restaurants in the city.

Fresh and good quality food

My paul experience is always delicious, what I order the most is juices & cakes and it's really tasty. Can't wait to my next visit 😍

Best coco flan ever, and best onion soup, Good customer service, cozy place, tasty coffee,most of the cacks are fresh, big variety of cold snadwishs for quick bite, Prices little bit high but it's OK, nice French cuisine and I recommend, they have branchs in most of malls.

Such a nice place to set overhear. Very tastefully decorated and located in a nice corner in the mall. It has indoor and outdoor seating area. And the good news is both indoor and outdoor seating are free smoking. It is a café and a restaurant in the same time. The do serves here, coffee, tea, desert, savory, breakfast, sandwiches, main course and list goes on. Excellent food quality and taste.High prices

Very disappointed in service and food quality. Photos attached. Upon advising server, we were summarily ignored for rest of the meal.

Good coffee and yummy blueberry cheesecake

The breakfast offer is tasty, but the portion is not that big, the bread is too hard, I am not sure if it is suppose to be this hard, the staff are almost friendly, but the service is very slow, maybe they have short staff, will try the lunch or dinner once more, to give a final review.

Disappointing experience. Ordered an almond croissant - received cake textured rock!?! Nothing like croissant, cold, hard and unappetizing. Asked for it to be heated. Staff unfriendly & unhelpful.

Paul remains the location where you can have a good coffee with the best desert cakes in UAE.

Very rude staff and not helpfulThey never care about the clients as me and my family almost every week we are going there and spending alot for very cheap and low quality products I'm no longer going there anymore

Terrible service. Terrible coffee barista couldn't get coffee right and neglectful to customers desired needs. Very disappointed. Always bad

Nice food and ambience, a short walk to the canal

Had a nice dinner at this outlet during these Covid times.. very well sanitized area and precautions taken. Special mention to services of SHREEJITH who looked after us with so much of enthusiasm and passion towards his job. Not just us, he was serving every table with such energy, it was commendable.Staff like Shreejith are an absolute asset!!

A Restaurant Not only popular for the Food,Soup,Pastas & Dishes. Staff is experienced ,friendly & trained. If you are in the Mall & looking for a good place to eat. I recommend this. Pricing is pocket friendly & incase you are using Entertainer , you got icing on the cake. Do try their Desserts its mouth watering. Multiple outlets in town but yes taste is consistent .

Good price and qultiy food.

Food is amazing as usual, but the waiters aren’t.. both plates served were terribly dirty on the sides due to waiters unclean hands.. moreover, ice tea shaker was leaking and the waiter did nothing about it other than a very quick wipe, i had to do the rest.
